No, all documents are in Spanish. But you can hire an official translator if you like when you go to the notaria to sign.

That can be decided in the promesa de compraventa. But after signing the promesa de compra venta the buyer pays the property taxes.

After signing the promesa de compraventa you will go again to the notaria to sign the Escritura. This paper says that the seller sold the apartment to the buyer. Now they will transfer the documents in your name. This can take up to 2 or 3 months.
