Who We Are?
I am Geir from the Netherlands. I have been traveling all over the world for 13 years till I came to Medellin in January 2020, and immediately fell in love with the city.
As an owner of a company and an investor myself, I was amazed by the numbers people showed me, and since then I purchased 2 apartments with a daily rental license myself and helped people with their purchase, furnishing, and managing.
My goal is to create complete hands-off investments for investors that live outside Colombia and are looking for a good cash flow and hedge against Europe and the United States.
